Workshops

All of our workshops are facilitated in a compassionate space to help people tune into the wisdom of their bodies, develop embodied self-awareness, reconnect to their truth and celebrate their whole self.

The sessions are built with accessible somatic practices, mindfulness exercise and self-reflection journaling that everyone can implement into their daily life. Our workshops can be hosted for small groups of 10 up to 100 people. All our sessions are available online and in person.
