Soul food: Spiritual Self-care

Self-care isn’t just about taking care of our physical, mental and emotional needs. It’s also about taking time to connect to our soul. Spiritual self-care is cultivating a practice that supports you to feel more connected to something bigger than yourself. Practicing spiritual self care not only leads to greater inner peace, it brings clarity and gives us hope in times of despair and discomfort.

You will leave the session understanding:

  • What is spiritual self-care?

  • The Power of mantra meditation

  • Rituals that connect you to your true self

  • The difference between what sustains and drains us

  • Develop relaxation techniques to manage anxiety and stress

  • How building a spiritual practice brings us back home to ourselves when we feel stressed, fatigued and overwhelmed

Who will this support? What’s included?

“Spirituality is recognizing and celebrating that we are all inextricably connected to each other by a power greater than all of us and that our connection to that power and to one another is grounded in love and compassion. Practicing spirituality brings a sense of perspective, meaning and purpose to our lives.”

– Brené Brown
