We all need healthy boundaries to juggle our lives. Yet so many of us struggle in setting limits with our time, either because we can't express our needs without offending others, we want to be liked by everyone or because we don’t know how to articulate ourselves authentically. In order to speak with integrity, we need to avoid mixed messaging and assume people will decode what we mean. We have to be crystal clear in our needs, wants and express ourselves without justifying.

In this workshop, Poonam will guide you in getting attuned to listen to your body and communicate your boundaries without feeling guilty.
