Rest and restore: How to unplug and switch off

We are rhythmic beings who move in cycles of on and off. When we are unable to complete the rest cycle, we are not present or balanced in our mind, body or energy. We need to understand how to listen to our bodies and hearts in order to fully rest and restore. Discover the seven different types of rest needed for you to thrive in your relationships, career and personal life.

In this workshop, Poonam will guide you in getting attuned to listen to your body and discover the type of rest needed for you to rebalance.

You will leave the session understanding:
