We will give you the tools on how to celebrate the present and identify where you pour your energy, how to take care of your needs and how fully rest during the festive period.

Join self-compassion meditation coach and our founder, Poonam Dhuffer for a self-reflection, creative letter writing and guided meditation workshop before we wrap up the year.

Our founder, Poonam Dhuffer will take you through a self-reflection and guided meditation workshop where you will connect with yourself and others.

We’ll explore self-sabotaging habits, accepting our whole self and share practical exercises that will help you identify your thoughts.

Together with Poonam you'll explore and learn:

  • Why do we need to befriend ourselves as we are

  • How to embrace feeling uncomfortable

  • What happens when we water the seeds of doubt

  • How loving-kindness visualisation and meditation helps us to cultivate compassion towards ourselves and others

  • How to observe, reflect and focus on what holds us back from growth

Good Stuff: Take Care ( PM Workshop)

Join our multi-sensory, self-reflection and guided meditation Good Stuff workshop in the afternoon.

We’re all adjusting to this new way of living. We’re having more DMC’s (deep meaningful conversations), exercising more, decluttering our homes and spending more time brushing up our culinary skills. How are you taking care of your mental health though? Are you prioritising your own needs?

How can we use self-reflection to process how we’re feeling and prevent us from burning out emotionally? It’s time to unplug, reflect and do the work M8.

Good Stuff: Nourishment Workshop

What's nourishing and energising you right now? In our guided workshop we will explore what nourishes our wellbeing, what boundaries constantly distract us from being silent and why reflecting back helps us move forward. Poonam will be sharing her daily practices and share how meditation helps to reduces anxiety and bring clarity.✨

We will begin with a welcome ritual and round our workshop off with a group meditation by giving gratitude to The Divine. 🙏🏽
