Textures of Truth: How to live wholeheartedly

When we’re living in alignment, we are at ease within ourselves. When we are not living in accordance with our core values, we feel a heavy resistance in our being. Our bodies are always sending us signals through textures, movement, shape, temperature and weight helping us to attune to the present moment. When we get curious about how our bodies respond, we can start learning a new language and begin to live in accordance with our truth.

In order for us to thrive, we have to turn inwards and connect with our deepest values, desires and needs. Poonam will help you understand:

  • The roots of perfectionism and comparison

  • How to identify your core values and speak your truth

  • How to live authentically in alignment to our values.

  • How to attune and sense into your body’s language

  • Why you need to be radically honest to yourself

  • Restorative mindbody practices to regulate their nervous system
