The Inner Season is a 6-week embodied writing journey - a gently held space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner rhythm through somatic practice and sacred embodied writing.
As the seasons shift from autumn into winter, we’ll follow nature’s lead: softening, listening inward, resting and honouring what is ready to rest, release, or renew.
Led by artist and somatic coach Poonam Dhuffer, each week blends guided somatic inquiry with reflective writing, helping you tune into your body’s wisdom, clarify your inner truth, and move with more self-trust and ease.

Each session includes:
Gentle somatic grounding & breathwork
A themed writing ritual + reflective prompts
A nourishing meditation
Quiet space for presence, pause, and honesty
Optional sharing in a non-performative, held space

Week 4 – Release: Clearing Space with Compassion
