Embodied Reflection

As we transition into the new year, we will take inspiration from nature to creatively explore what you're bringing forward and leaving behind.

Poonam will guide you to through a journey of feeling, tapping into the body’s wisdom through somatic practices, creative exercises, writing and grounding meditations to support your reflection process.

This workshop is for anyone who needs a nourishing space to reflect upon the year and express themselves through creative forms.

After the workshop you will receive the recording, journal prompts, curated resources and a playlist to support you to continue creating in your own time.

What to expect - reflection & creativity

The workshop will open with grounding meditation and orientation towards our space, followed by the session outlines below.

You will be guided to reflect upon the past year through self-reflection, using journaling prompts and free-writing.

Then we will explore our internal landscape by connecting to our sensations and emotions, through colour, mark making and writing.

We will create temporary artwork to explore the transitional themes of letting go, leaving behind and carrying forward.

You will be supported with healing sounds, gentle somatic invitations and space to rest in-between.
